Paula is such an amazing lady. She genuinely cares & wants to help her patients in anyway she can. Her sessions are so relaxing & I 100% benefitted from my treatments with Paula. I’d only ever tried it in the past for physio. After having a miscarriage I wanted to try something not only to conceive again but to keep baby.
Paula made me feel welcome and really sympathised with my loss and it feels like a community of women who go and see her that we are in this together.
After every session I would feel so much more positive and in a good mental head space. If I have wanted advice on anything Paula would always get back to me as quick as she can. In that first month I conceived again and I was made up (as was paula) and I continued my treatment for the first trimester to get all the help I could. I’m currently 21weeks and paula still checks in and I visit if I feel I need a boost etc

Paula is excellent at what she does and is very knowledgeable about her profession. I went to Paula after a failed IVF cycle, not only did Paula provide me with amazing and relaxing treatments, she gave me expert advice on small changes to make at home also.
Paula also makes you feel comfortable and at ease, Paulas’ treatments where definately beneficial as my next IVF cycle worked following regular treatments from Paula and also listening to the advice that Paula gave me on things to try at home.

Paula absolutely loves what she does and it is very clear from the minute you meet with Paula that you are in capable and experienced hands. Which is a great comfort, especially when you are looking for support with your health. Paula really takes the time to understand your situation and needs and tailors her Accupunture technique and points to suit you. She also explains her methods which can be reassuring and it also makes the experience that much more enjoyable as you learn something new each time. It is obvious Paula was drawn to Accupunture through her desire to help and to heal and I found her to be extremely personable, kind and understanding. She has helped me tremendously with hormonal imbalances and high cortisol which was having a huge impact on my physical and mental health. I am glad to have found Paula and I would have no hesitations in recommending her to a friend.
Amazing at what she does. Helped me when the doctors wouldn’t and managed to get my disability under control. She also gave me support with work and disability legislation as I had to change my working hours due to my disability. Couldn’t recommend more highly.
I can vouch for how amazing Paula is. I feel so much better from having my treatments. Before my treatments I struggled to get upstairs and was in so much pain in my legs but now I am back to running three times a week taking on the couch to 5K challenge. I can recommend En Point for Long Covid issues.
Paula Has helped me a great deal with issues around anxiety, after just one session I felt so much better and after three sessions I can honestly say that I have not had any anxiety attacks at all. Paula gave me strategies to help me to cope on a day to day basis which mean I can cope with anything now without getting anxious. Amazing thank you so much!

After having a knee operation my knee even years later was worse then prior to the surgery, after 3 NHS and 1 private physio and no improvement I thought I would have to suffer in pain for the foreseeable future. However that was until I started coming to en pointe ancient therapies with the professional, helpful advice and acupuncture my knee is finally on the way to being pain free. As soon as you enter you feel welcome the team at en pointe ancient therapies work hard and tirelessly to help you get back to your best. I have been suffering with kidney stones for over 12 years and not been having much joy with conventional treatment. I have been for several treatment sessions with Paula now and have seen a difference in my levels of pain and have also managed to pass 2 stones with no hospital visits since having the accupuncture. Very professional and compassionate service.
After 2 operations on my knee over 6 years ago the pain gradually got worse and developed into a constant ache, not able to get comfortable,sitting, standing, sleeping, driving etc. Then a pain developed in my arm as well.
